Lost property - found at the airport or on aicraft - is securely stored, for the first 48 hours, in the Terminal Duty Officer room located on the 1st floor of the Terminal, (check-in area, in front of ticket office).
The above-mentioned department operates 24/7 and can also be reached by phone (+39 091 7020265). After two days, unclaimed lost property is stored at the “lost property warehouse”, which is open Monday through Thursday from 9.00am to 4.00pm and every Friday from 9.00am to 2.00pm
